Notes from the Open Room
THE BLOG
This is a place to think out loud: about patterns, relationships, identity, and the slow, unglamorous work of getting to know yourself better.
Some posts will be practical. Some will be more exploratory. All of them come from the same place the therapy room does — curiosity over criticism, and the belief that you don't need to have it figured out to start paying attention.
Pull up a chair. Stay as long as you'd like.
You won't find quick fixes here, or a five-step plan to becoming a better version of you. What you will find are honest reflections on the things that bring people into therapy in the first place: the relationships that feel harder than they should, the anxiety that won't quite explain itself, the versions of yourself you've outgrown but haven't quite let go of yet.
